Nipper Competencies

Well done to everyone who achieved their awards at Nipper Camp. A great weekend was had by all.

However, several club members were unable to attend and we do need them to attain the minimum competence for their age group in the water, in addition to ongoing Beach Safety, First Aid and Life Support.

If you are new to the club ( and were unable to attend Nipper Camp), you will not have your competency and existing members may find that their competencies have expired or need updating.

We would like to get these done asap, providing there is adequate cover on the beach.

These competencies are important to your development as a Life Saver and are mandatory if you would like to compete in The Welsh Open Water Championships.

Best Wishes
