Nipper Training
Saturday 9th January, 6.30pm -8.30pm, Penlan Pool
Saturday 16th January 3.00pm - 4.30pm at WNP.
Training is for all those competing at the Welsh Championships on Sunday , January 17th only.
All age groups to tend the whole session.
Please don't forget to bring your fins, goggles, drinks and something to wear poolside (there may be some hanging around).
